Ivy League case tests Rockefeller drug law change (AP)

FILE- In this Dec. 7, 2010 file photo, Columbia University student Michael Wymbs, left, is escorted from the New York Police Department's 25th Precinct in Manhattan after he and four other students were arrested on drug charges in New York. According to their attorneys, the five Colombia University students who ran the campus drug ring are wrestling with their own drug habits and would be better served by entering treatment rather than going to prison. (AP Photo/Tina Fineberg, File)AP - They were students who juggled an elite education with criminal extracurriculars, dealing an array of drugs from Ivy League dorm rooms and frat houses, prosecutors say.
