AP - ? DANGEROUS REACTOR BREACH SUSPECTED. Japanese nuclear authorities suspect a breach at a reactor at the stricken Fukushima nuclear plant. That could mean a more significant radiation leak, and work at the plant was halted so levels could be checked. If a breach has occurred, the most likely consequence is that groundwater could be contaminated.
